Our reception team are trained in Signposting!

We have a range of healthcare professionals who can see patients for same day/emergency and routine problems as well as telephone consultations for those who may not need to be seen in face to face. As such our receptionists have been trained to signpost patients to the most appropriate clinician – To do this we will be asking every patient requesting an appointment what the nature of their problem is. We are not and will not stop you from seeing a GP but will prioritise your problem and highlight where you can be seen quicker by a more appropriate clinician.
